Newsletter – July 2011

Our Little Frogs & Polliwogs annual Recital went smoothly and the children all did great! The graduating kindergarteners were all very proud as they received their diplomas at the graduating ceremony. Now that summer is here, the summer curriculum is in full swing and July 4th celebrations are upon us. Summer curriculum started with the children enjoying a Teddy Bear’s Picnic.

The summer curriculum can be found online as a PDF to print off or on our online calendar at https://www.littlefrogsandpolliwogs.com/calendar/. Here you will find the activities the children are participating in and what they may need to bring in for some of the activities. Also do not forget to sign the permission slip for the pony ride and petting zoo for the visiting farm visit.

Museum week  – This month’s museum week theme is a center-wide mystery collage. During the summer curriculum the children have an assigned day to create a mystery piece of artwork given to them just before the day. All of the pieces of work will pull together to create one large collage. The children’s artwork will be on display July 25th – July 29th. Please stop by and take a look.
