We know how important it is to stay up to date on your child’s learning journey, which is why we’re excited to offer you access to Procare Solutions’ best-in-class parent app. We have seen many of you log on and pay your tuition via the app, seen you messaging your child’s teacher and up-date personal information.
Tell Me More About Procare’s Parent App
Once you download the Procare app on your smartphone, we can update you on your child’s daily activities, milestones and more. We can send you photos and videos of your child, as well as keep you in the loop on upcoming events and time-sensitive information.
The app also offers several “contactless” ways to check your child in and out. This helps us limit in-person interactions and unnecessary foot traffic in the center so we can better ensure the health and wellbeing of you, your children and our staff.
How do I get the app?
You should have received an email with all the instructions including a unique 4-digit pin and information to download the mobile app via email. For additional security, you will be notified via email when your child is signed in and out of the center.
Haven’t received an email? Then check with the office that they have your email address.
We can now create a portfolio containing pictures taken throughout the day. These pictures will be available for you to download, share, print or link to Facebook.
We think you’ll really enjoy this new way for us to stay connected! We may have some hiccups as we implement the system, but you can help by being prepared. Here is a helpful list of what you need to do:
- At least one parent MUST have an account activated – you need to use the email you have on file with us to activate your account if you haven’t already. Here is the direct link to set up. https://www.myprocare.com/
- Once you have logged in, please make sure you (and all of your authorized pick up people) know their 4-digit pin for the sign in kiosk. This code you will need to sign in/out your child at drop off and pick up.
During drop of you will be asked to complete the COVID screening via the app, so there will be no more paperwork for parents/guardians to complete at drop off. Signing in your child can be done at the door or you can do it from your car before entering the building, so the entire process is contactless.
All credit cards that we had on file are now deleted. If you signed up for auto payment with the new system, that starts next week. You can now pay your tuition bill from the comfort of your home or on location via the app 24/7. We will still be accepting cash and checks via the office. Annual statements for taxes will not be emailed out, as you can now access your statement online via the app.
As of Monday, all messaging communications will be via Procare and Remind will no longer be used.
This is a lot of information. It will be a learning curve for all of us. Please be patient on Monday…….allow extra time at drop off if needed. Reach out to me if you have questions and don’t leave setting up your log in to the last minute.
