Newsletter – March 2011

Tickets are now on sale in the office for our pancake breakfast fundraiser for Saturday April 23rd at Applebee’s on Second Street in Manchester. Tickets are $5 each and must be purchased in advance.

Our 3rd Annual Walkathon will be held at Livingston Park on Saturday May 7th (rain date May 14th). The children and their families get to socialize with each other in a casual environment while helping their classrooms raise money. We are currently looking for corporate sponsors, monetary donations and donations for the raffle. If anyone can help in any of these areas please contact Deb ( or Sharon ( Every little bit helps, so please do not hesitate to offer even the smallest amount.

Kindergarten Open House is on Wednesday March 9th, 6-7pm for all Preschool parents looking to place their children at Little Frogs Kindergarten in September. This is a great opportunity to meet Ms. Becca & Ms. Elaine and get to know what goes on in Kindergarten. Registration for Kindergarten will start that night. Forms will be given out at the open house. A $50 registration fee along with the registration will hold a spot for your child.

Museum week  – This month’s museum week theme is ‘Texture’. The children’s artwork will be on display March 28th – April 1st. Please stop by and take a look.

Dates for the Calendar

  • Wednesday March 23rdNursery Spring Stay & Play – 4-5pm
  • Wednesday April 6th – Spring & Kindergarten graduation picture day. Reshoot day April 13th.
  • Thursday June 16th End-of-year Recital & Kindergarten Graduation will be held at The Jewish Federation on Beech Street.

The next Parent Teacher Advisory Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 30th at 5.40pm. We would love to welcome some new members. Please feel free to come along and join us if you are interested.
