I’d like to say ‘happy spring’, but it seems that winter is hanging on in there! Even though the weather is not cooperating, the calendar is telling us that our spring events are coming upon us soon. Time is moving along and we still need to reach our goal of selling 50 tickets for our pancake breakfast fundraiser to go ahead. Tickets are $5 each – please stop by the office to get your ticket.
Our 3rd Annual Walkathon has had a date change to Saturday, May 14th (Sunday, May 15th is the rain date). Paperwork will be out this month. Watch out for the pledge forms and more details from your child’s teacher.
1st Grade registration for current Kindergarten children is happening throughout April. Various dates and times are available for individual schools. See Deb in the office for details.
Caviar is collecting lids & covers. Please bring in your discarded lids such as peanut butter and jelly lids. Baby food lids (plastic or metal), pickle/mayo or sauce lids. NO…sharp edges or glass. NO…small caps. Thanks in advance for helping.
West side library closing – Does your family use the West Branch of the Manchester Public Library? The city is planning on closing it on July 1st of this year. Please call Alderman Russ Ouellette and let him know that you are against the closing of the library. The number is 668-5025
Museum week – This month’s museum week theme is ‘Spring’. The children’s artwork will be on display April 25th – 29th . Please stop by and take a look.

- Wednesday April 6th – Spring & Kindergarten graduation picture day. Reshoot day April 13th.
- Thursday June 16th – End-of-year Recital & Kindergarten Graduation will be held at The Jewish Federation on Beech Street.
The next Parent Teacher Advisory Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 27th at 5.40pm. We would love to welcome some new members. Please feel free to come along and join us if you are interested.
