May 2015 Newsletter

Dear Parents,

Thank you to all the parents and staff who helped support our Walkathon. Congratulations to all the raffle prize winners and a ‘great job’ to all those Little Frogs who walked that day! We are still waiting on a final tally on the amount raised; Friday May 8^th is the deadline for handing in pledge money.

We are excited to announce that our Recital and Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony will be held Tuesday, June 9^th – 6pm at Manchester Christian Church, 1308 Wellington Road, Manchester. Save the date and join us with your family to watch the Nursery, Preschool & Kindergarten children perform their Tumbleweeds movement to music numbers.

Summer curriculum kicks off Friday June 19^th with a concert with Judy Pancoast. The full summer curriculum will be available online at www.littlefrogsandpolliwogs.com after June 1^st. There will be a PDF for you to print off or you can visit the online calendar to see day-to-day what is going on. If you require a hard copy please ask the office.

The Nursery children had fun on their spring field trip (pictured below) as they learned about pond life and went exploring in the pond. Preschool and Kindergarten are heading out later in the month on their spring field trips.

Dates for the Calendar

• The next Parent Teacher Advisory Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27th at 5.35pm. New members are always welcome. Please feel free to come along and join us! Child care will be provided.
• Recital & Kindergarten Graduation – Recital for Nursery, Preschool and Kindergarten children along with our Kindergarten graduation ceremony – June 9^th
• Pizza Fundraiser – June 24^th
